If you are not touching an aircraft physically at the Lockheed Martin facilities, at this stage you might be invited in for an interview. It is critical that you must arrive on time for your interview. Arriving on time is part of your interview at Lockheed Martin. Math Section

The hardest section for most students is the math.  There are approximately 60 questions with 3 timed sections to complete. 

The first section is easy math: add, subtract, multiple, divide and some decimals. 

The second section is all fractions.

For example: Find 4/5 of 1/7

4/5 of 1/7 is four times that much, or 4/35

The third section is fractions with whole numbers.

Find 3+ 7/8 = ?

3  7/8

Do not take so much time on math sections. First math section has 2 minutes, second math section has 2 minutes, and the third section has 4 minutes. Once the time is up, it is will show on the computer that your time for that section is up and then you have to go to the next one. So, do not spend a lot of time on math section. Just go through all of them and answer the once you can manage and if you have time go back and go through the once you know you know you are correct.

On the math part of Pre-Employment Assessments PSI Test there are mostly addition subtraction, decimals, and very few fractions. In addition, as a test taker you need to know your cup measurements as well.

Each Pre-Employment Assessments PSI Test section might take like 2 to 4 minutes to complete and the number of questions available to be solved can not be solved withing 4 minutes even the genus can not complete the test within 4 minutes time frame. In other words, there are more questions than the time located for the test. Do your best to answer the once you are sure are correct and if you still have time left, you can go back and go through the once you are having doubt.

Note: The Pre-Employment Assessments PSI Test questions at the beginning are very easy and as you progress the questions gets harder and harder. However, if you look on down the list you will see some more easy ones so don't spend too much time figuring out the harder ones go through there and do the ones you know.

Personality Test

You will be given 45 questions but it will be told on the computer that most people take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. In addition, the personality test questions there is only way to answer,  you either strongly agree or strongly disagree.

DO NOT answer anything in between.... that is not strongly agree or strongly disagree!

Electric socket lines sections has approximately 15 questions for only 4 minutes:

Follow each line through with your eyes and the computer mouse from its origin or number at the right to the box where it comes out on the left or from the top all the way to the bottom. Mark the correct answer in the space under the letter that is the same as the letter in the box where the line ends.

Take your time and answer only questions that you are sure of and if possible, use your mouse to track down the lines so that you are not confused along the way.

Synonyms or another meaning of the words Section has approximately 30 questions timed for 4 minutes only.

The whole test does say to guess on any question you are doing and you won't be penalized!

There are 2 pages of approximately 12 per page.  The first half of the Synonyms test section is pretty easy like:

 Shanty = Hut

 Proceed = Go Forward or Advance

 Story = Tale

Aged = elderly, old, mature, older, senior, hoary, ancient, senescent, advanced in years

scoffed = Belittle, deride, Jeer, Mock, Reject, Ridicule, Scorn, Sneer, Boo, Contemn, Disbelieve, Discount, Discredit, Disdain, Flout, Gibe, Knock, Pan, pooh-pooh, rag, rally, revile, ride, tease, dig at, laugh at, make light of, poke fun at, show contempt

 Avid = Do it all the time e.g    "an avid reader of science fiction" --- having or showing a keen interest in or enthusiasm for something. synonyms for Avid: keen, eager, enthusiastic, ardent, passionate, zealous, hard-core; devoted, dedicated, wholehearted, earnest

Do not be surprised, the second half of the Synonyms test section might have words you might have no clue and you might see some words that you have never heard of.

6:57 a.m. - Is a warning to report to your workstation and be ready to go to work at 7:00 a.m.

7:00 a.m. - Shift begins

9:00 a.m. - First break

9:07 a.m. - Is a warning to report to your workstation and be ready to go to work at 9:10 a.m.

9:10 a.m. - First break is over, continue back to work

11:00 a.m. - Lunch

11:43 a.m. - Is a warning to report to your workstation and be ready to go to work at 11:45 a.m.

11:45 a.m. - Lunch is over, continue back to work

1:45 p.m. - Second break

1:53 p.m. - Is a warning to report to your workstation and be ready to go to work at 1:55 p.m.

1:55 p.m. - Second break is over, continue back to work

3:30 p.m. - Start to clean up work area

3:42 p.m. - Time to get ready to go home, the shift is almost over

3:45 p.m. - The shift is over, clock out and go home

 

And this is your first day at work! Do not worry! After 90 days of probation, you will be used to this unionized environment.
