Signing up With Taboola

Taboola is the world’s largest content advertisement platform, with billions of potential customers and also top publisher sites all over the world.

Backstage, Taboola’s campaign management platform, is designed to help publishers and advertiser’s launch and monitor their own campaigns on Taboola and getting paid or paying through payoneer.

There are two ways one can sign up for an account.

First is through contacting Taboola help desk or by using www.taboola.com/contact.    or self-service sign up by using an account setup wizard Click here to sign up.

The Self-Service sign Up has for steps.

Step 1

The Account Details page, requires basic details, like an email, name, country and company name and size. Once done, you can click Next.

Step 2

In the Create Campaign page you can set up Taboola Ad or campaign. First, you need to choose a name for your Ad and create campaign items here.

  • Ad Name - choose a name that best describes the item, the devices to target, and targeted country. For example “News - US - Mobile”.
  • Ad Items - These are what users will see and perhaps click on. Then type in or enter the URL of the page you want to promote. Then click on the Add URL link and Taboola item will generate a campaign item contents for the ad automatically. 10 campaigns items can be added at a time.

After adding all the campaign items, you can click Next.

Step 3

Step 3 deals with the Targeting and Budget page, (the audience you want to target and how much you are willing to spend on your ads).
